Automated Telephone System Will Be Discontinued

Automated Telephone System will be discontinued due to declining usage. The Automated Telephone System (ATS), which allowed participants to hear their account balance by entering their social security number and a PIN, will be discontinued on September 24, 2019. Participant account information will continue to be available by logging in to your account at, by calling an Account Executive at 877-644-6457, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5:30 p.m., or by viewing your quarterly statements.
